To foster and uplift the welfare of its employees, the DILG R5 conducted a two-part seminar on April 29, 2021 at the DILG Training Hall, and via Zoom.

The first part delivered by Dr. Marylendra A. Penetrante, Executive Director and Founder of the Hope. Care. Help. Light. Children and Youth Wellness, Technical, and Advocacy Center (CYWTAC), Inc., enriched the participants’ Mental Health and Stress Management.

Meanwhile, Atty. Norly P. Reyes, Chief of the Administrative Services Division and Acting Board Secretary of the Bicol University, also strengthened the employees’ grip on Leadership in the Context of Good Governance.

The seminar was organized by the Human Resource and Management Office (HRMO) and was participated in by the personnel from the Regional and Provincial Offices.
