Bicol IATF Chairperson and DILG 5 RD Atty. Anthony C. Nuyda presided the Bicol Inter-Agency Task Force for Emerging Infectious Diseases (BIATF-EID) Meeting which convened last April 21, 2022. Among the issues discussed were the COVID-19 vaccination coverage, COVID-19 situation in Bicol Region, and the strategic points on the government response amidst the pandemic.

The meeting, which was attended by Regional Directors and representatives of the different National Government Agencies (NGAs), has shifted to a face-to-face modality.

Meanwhile, on the same day, the Regional Vaccination Operations Center (RVOC) Meeting was also conducted, tackling the COVID-19 vaccination status of Bicol Region and NGAs, including survey results and initiatives, and other related matters.
