The Department of the Interior and Local Government Regional Office V conducted the second batch of the Bicol Youth Leadership Camp (BYLC) in the Province of Catanduanes on March 16-18, 2022 at Amenia Beach Resort, San Andres, Catanduanes.

Highlighting the theme “Mag Jovenes na Bikolano Para sa Marhay na Pag-Gobierno”, the event has empowered over 58 young leaders from the said batch named as “PaAradab-adAbon” (Team PArola, Team ARADAB-ADab, Team SiklAB, and Team Ton Ton BalagON).
