The Department of the Interior and Local Government Regional Office V kicked-off the first ever Bicol Youth leadership Camp (BYLC) on march 3-5, 2022 at the Coastal View Beach resort, Sto. Domingo,Albay.

Highlighting the theme “Mga Jovenes na Bikolano Para sa Marhay na Pag-Gobierno,” the event has empowered over 60 young leaders of the pioneer batch from Albay also known as “SinLaKAs” (Team Sinag, Team Laad, Team Karaba, and Team Aster).

SLGP PM Richard L. Villacorte and LEO 70 PMO Head Assistant Director Rene V. Valera together with DILG RV RD Atty. Anthony C. Nuyda, OIC ARD Uldarico S.Razal, Jr., all Provincial Directors, and Division Chiefs graced the Opening Ceremony of the camp.
