The Duterte Legacy: Barangayanihan Caravan towards national recovery in Bicol Region was successfully launched at CamSur Watersports Complex, Pili Camarines Sur on September 30, 2021.

The said caravan was simultaneously commenced in different regions throughout the country.

In pursuit of the present administration’s peace agenda and in addressing the development gaps in the geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas in the Bicol Region, DILG V Regional Director Atty. Anthony C. Nuyda presented the significant accomplishments of the Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (RTF-ELCAC) through an audiovisual presentation with the testimonials of select SBDP beneficiaries from 49 recipient barangays.

Also present during the event were PNP PRO5 RD PBGen. Jonnel C. Estomo, DPWH V RD Virgilio C. Eduarte and PIA V OIC-RD Marlon Loterte, TESDA V RD Elmer K. Talavera, TESDA Camarines Sur PD Mariglo M. Sese, DOLE V RD Ma. Zenaida A. Angara-Campita, and Camarines Sur 2nd District Representative Luis Raymund F. Villafuerte, Jr.

The Duterte Legacy Barangayanihan caravan aims to showcase the success of the programs, projects, and accomplishments of the administration that brought better services to the people.
