The Joint Regional Task Force Katoninungan asin Kauswagan V convenes for the Third Quarter Full Council Meeting at the Pepperland Hotel, Legazpi City on Wednesday, 25 August 2021.
This JRTF V Full Council Meeting is also conducted as Day 1 of the President’s Pasasalamat Tour per NTF ELCAC Advisory as a vital part of the scheduled engagement of the RTF with the President.
Presided by Undersecretary Marvel C. Clavecilla of the Office of the Presidential Adviser for Bicol Affairs (OPABA), the Joint RTF V meeting was attended by RPOC V Chairperson Albay Governor Al Francis C. Bichara, RDC V Chairperson Legazpi City Mayor Noel E. Rosal, Cluster Lead Chairpersons, members of the Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) and Regional Development Council (RDC) and local chief executives.
The conduct of the Joint Regional Task Force Katoninungan asin Kauswagan V meeting also
discussed concerns and recommended actions towards attaining lasting peace and sustainable development in the Bicol Region.
