The Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) V convened for the 2nd Quarter Full Council Meeting at the Pepperland Hotel, Legazpi City on 08 July 2021 to discuss the updates, concerns and recommendations on peace and order, and the response of the region in the COVID-19 pandemic.
The 2nd Quarter RPOC Meeting was moved to give way to the RTF engagement with the SBDP Roadshow held during the 3rd week of June. RPOC V Chairperson Albay Governor Al Francis Bichara presided the full council meeting. Undersecretary Marvel C. Clavecilla, Presidential Adviser for Bicol Affairs with the heads and representatives of member-agencies were also present during the said meeting.The conduct of the full council meeting aims to provide an avenue in harmonizing the collective efforts on peace and order in the region and other arising concerns during this time of pandemic.
