The DILG V regional management team headed by RD Atty. Anthony C. Nuyda and ARD Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober, Jr. monitored the conduct of Baranggayan sa Bikol in two of the geographically isolated barangays in the Municipality of Claveria: Barangay Cawayan & Barangay Boca Engano.

As part of the Baranggayan sa Bikol, a multi-agency convergence Serbisyo Caravan was also conducted to deliver the basic services of the government to the residents. This serves as an avenue to uplift the current condition of the people and to have a dialogue with the residents in order to bring the government closer to its people.
