The Regional Task Force Katoninungan asin Kauswagan spearheaded a multi agency Serbisyo Caravan with a theme: Padagos na Katoninongan Asin Pag-Uswag: Support to Barangay Development Program Roadshow Bicol Region Barangay Sta. Cruz, Casiguran, Sorsogon Covered Court last June 23, 2021.

The RTF Katoninungan asin Kauswagan Caravan aims to deliver the basic services of the government to the residents of Brgy. Sta. Cruz and San Pascual, Casiguran, Sorsogon as the opening activity for the SBDP roadshow in Bicol Region.During the caravan, services to the residents were provided such as the inoculation of COVID-19 vaccines facilitated by RHU Casiguran and DOH CHD Bicol, distribution of food packs by PNP PRO5 and Sorsogon PPO and DSWD V.

The 903rd Infantry Batallion of the Philippine Army provided medical and dental services to the residents.An information campaign was also facilitated by Philippine Information Agency (PIA) Region V.The NGAs who actively participated in the RTF Katoninungan asin Kauswagan Caravan are the officials and personnel from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Agriculture (DA), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Department of Health (DOH), Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Philippine Information Agency (PIA), Philippine National Police (PNP), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Department of Tourism (DOT), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) National Irrigation Administration (NIA) and Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).
