The Civil Service Commission confers the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Bronze Award to the DILG 5 on Monday, February 8, 2021. Director Sharon Farida A. Flores of CSC Albay led the conferment of the award through an online teleconference.

This award inspires us to continue to provide efficient and excellent public service to the Bicolanos.

A convocation is also held before the conferment of the award at the DILG V Training hall to discuss the Division’s accomplishments and plans for the upcoming week. This convocation serves as the region’s approach towards strengthened internal communication.
