Reference: Memorandum from DILG-BLGD dated July 27, 2020

The DILG, in partnership with the Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines (ULAP), will be conducting a webinar series on Facilitating Local Recovery and Rehabilitation in Light of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) to guide local government units (LGUs) as the country recovers from the impacts of the COVID-19 and transitions to the new normal.

The first session of the webinar series scheduled on 04 August 2020,1:00-5:00 PM will be conducted using the Microsoft Live platform. With the theme “Planning and Budgeting for Local Rehabilitation and Recovery”, the session will focus on the national government’s guidance for the preparation and financing of LGUs’ recovery and rehabilitation initiatives.

DILG Central and Field Offices, national government agencies (NGAs), local chief executives, and LGU functionaries are invited to attend and participate in the abovementioned webinar.
