In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, online platforms have become the de facto standard in the new normal. Unlike previous Competency Based Assessments (CBA) conducted, this year’s assessment goes virtual through the use of teleconferencing applications. Twenty-two (22) Local Government Operations Officers (LGOOs) V were part of the first online CBA for the LGOO VI position on Friday, 10 July 2020. DILG V RD Atty. Anthony C. Nuyda expressed his commendation to this initiative of the Human Resource Management Selection and Promotions Board (HRMSPB). RD Nuyda also gave his message of support to the participants of the said CBA.

This first online CBA is part of the innovations of DILG R5 in the adherence to the minimum health standards and adapting to the new normal
