The Regional Peace and Order Council V convened for the 3rd Quarter RPOC Full Council Meeting at the Albay Astrodome, Legazpi City on Wednesday, 08 July 2020 to discuss the updates, concerns and recommendations on peace and order and the response and preparedness of the region on the COVID-19 pandemic.

During the said meeting, RPOC V presided by its Chairperson, Albay Governor Al Francis C. Bichara passed a resolution on the strengthening of border control checkpoints in the region located in Sta. Elena, Camarines Norte and Del Gallego, Camarines Sur. The resolution aims to ensure that all Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs) returning to Bicol Region have complete travel documents.
