Responding to the call of the President and the Department on peace and development convergence, members of municipal Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) core teams and representatives of provincial task forces in the provinces of Albay, Camarines Sur, Masbate & Sorsogon gathered at Hotel St. Ellis, Legazpi City on March 4, 2020 for the Regional Orientation of Municipal RCSP Core Teams.

The resource speakers providing essential inputs of the program to the participants were key officials of the DILG namely: Usec Marivel C. Sacendoncillo, Undersecretary for Local Government, Asec Ester A. Aldana, Assistant Secretary for Finance and Comptrollership and Major Mark Ruby.

DILG V led by RD Atty. Anthony C Nuyda with ARD Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober Jr capacitated a total of 46 core teams with around 370 Participants on the Retooled Community Support Program.
