DILG V Regional Director Atty. Anthony C. Nuyda personally conferred the 2019 Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) Marker to the City Government of Ligao, Municipal Government of  Tigaon and Municipal Government of Polangui for their continued good governance practices and for providing better public service.
