Highlighting the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Local Government Code is the Awarding Ceremony for the Best in Barangay Governance in the municipality of Pio V. Corpus, Province of Masbate on October 10, 2016. The event was participated by the awardees and other barangay officials as well. The Municipal Mayor, Vice Mayor, Sangguniang Bayan Members, Head of Offices and employees, Civil Society Organizations’ representative and the religious sector were also present to witness the program.

 

 

The validation of the Barangay Governance Performance management System (BGPMS) Result for Assessment Year 2016 of seven (7) barangays who got an overall performance of 0.60 and above was also conducted on October 5 and 6, 2016. (with report from OIC MGOO Myla J. Borres)
