This new system will enable all government entities to fully comply with the provisions of RA 9184 otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act. It offer features that will enable users to take advantage of the new technology to support a more efficient, transparent and open procurement process.
The Procurement Service-DBM entered into a memorandum of agreement with eBlackboard Solution, Inc. (eBBSi) to implement the roll-out of the PhiIlGEPS training nationwide. In region 5, the fourth batch was conducted last August 3-4, 2010 at Webhub Internet Café, Legazpi City with participants comprised of PBAC members from various national government agencies, local government units and state colleges.
