The Regional Taskforce Katuninungan Asin Kauswagan convened for the 2nd Quarter RTF-ELCAC 5 Full Council Meeting at the Albay Astrodome, Legazpi City on Tuesday, 25 May 2021.

Part of the agenda of the full council meeting were the updates on the Support to Barangay Development Program (SBDP), reports on the ELCAC Provincial Levelling Sessions conducted, Cluster updates, and the presentation of the NTF-ELCAC website.

Along with the said agenda, the new heads of the government agencies were introduced to the council: DSWD 5 RD Leo L. Quintilla, BFP 5 RD FSSUPT Ricardo C Perdigon, DSC, DOLE 5 RD Ma. Zenaida A. Angara – Campita and PNP PRO5 RD PBGEN Jonnel C Estomo.

The full council meeting was presided by Undersecretary Marvel C. Clavecilla of the Office of the Presidential Assistant for Bicol Affairs (OPABA) and was attended personally by the heads and members of the different government agencies in the region while others attended via online video teleconference.
