The Certification International Philippine, Inc. has certified that the Sorsogon Provincial Hospital, Donsol District Hospital, Castilla District Hospital, Gubat District Hospital, Irosin District Hospital, Magallanes Medicare Hospital, Prieto Diaz Medicare Hospital, Bulan Medicare Hospital, Matnog Medicare Hospital have successfully implemented a quality management system.

The certificate was received by Governor Francis Joseph G. Escudero along with Vice Governor Atty. Manuel Fortes Jr., Sorsogon Provincial Health Office Chief Dr. Renato Bolo, Jr., and was witnessed by DOH V OIC-RD Dr. Paula Paz M. Sydiongco, DILG V RD Atty. Anthony C.
