A series of Provincial Levelling Session with local officials were conducted by the RTF-ELCAC in the 6 provinces of the Bicol Region on April 16, 23, 27 and May 7, 2021, respectively.
These provincial levelling sessions were participated by the members of the Local ELCAC Task Force at the province, city, municipality and barangay level combining synchronous (via online teleconferencing) and asynchronous sessions.
The said activity aims to cascade the fullest understanding of the government’s campaign in fighting against insurgency and appreciation regarding EO 70, the NTF-ELCAC Framework and its operationalization from the national level down to the grassroots level.
