Interested and Qualified applicants should signify their interest in writing. New entrants should have passed the DILG Pre-Qualifying Examination (PQE). Attach the following documents to the application letter and submit not later than October 25, 2019:
- Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture and Work Experience Sheet (WES) (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
- Performance rating in the last two rating periods (July to December 2018 and January to June 2019) (if applicable);
- Photocopy of authenticated certificate of eligibility/rating/license;
- Photocopy of Transcript of Records; and
- Photocopies of the trainings attended for the last five (5) years.
