Interested and Qualified applicant should signify their interest in writing. He/she must be a passer of the DILG Pre-Qualifying Examination (PQE). Attach the following documents to the application letter and submit not later than April 26, 2021:
- Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture and Work Experience Sheet (WES) (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
- Photocopy of authenticated certificate of eligibility/rating/license;
- Photocopy of Transcript of Records;
- Photocopies of certificates of the trainings attended for the last five (5) years
