09 May 2018, Pampanga, Philippines — the Department of the Interior and Local Government in partnership with the Local Government Academy conducted the Ugnayan at Talakayan: Bantay Kaagapay sa Patuloy na Pag-Unlad at Fontana Resort, Clark Field, Pampanga from May 08, 2018 to May 09, 2018. The activity was anchored by the Theme ” Laying the Foundation for a Corrupt-Free Local Governance” which was participated by the different regions from Luzon and divided into two (2) Clusters, including DILG Catanduanes from Region V:
