DILG Catanduanes operates as One Team with delineated roles under the organizational structure.

It is headed by the Provincial Director who co-manages the team with the Program Manager and Cluster Head.

The Program Manager, aided by his Program, Projects & Activities (PPA) Champions, ensures that all the  PPAs are properly communicated, advocated and implemented in the province.   As a sub-team, they provide the appropriate technical and administrative assistance to the  Cluster team (MLGOOs) and is responsible for the implementation of PPAs for the  provincial government and other  provincial engagements.

We only have one cluster, headed by a Cluster Head.  Considering the geographical distribution  and number of municipalities, we created four sub-cluster teams of MLGOOs.  The Cluster Head ensures that the MLGOOs and the sub-cluster teams implement the PPAs in their respective  municipalities and deliver the needed reports and expected results and outcomes.  The MLGOO is authorized and directed to assist his sub-cluster team member accomplish PPA targets.  To facilitate supervision and consolidation.
