A Warm Welcome and a Fond Farewell: DILG Baras Welcomes New MLGOO
Leadership transitions continue to unfold across the province as part of DILG’s ongoing efforts to enhance local governance support.
Cluster Head William T. Aldea, together with LGOO II Gizelle A. Tabilin, formally installed LGOO VI Concordia O. Siatong as the new Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO) of DILG Baras. The team also paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Mayor Paolo Teves to introduce the newly designated field officer and affirm the Department’s sustained support to the LGU.
LGOO VI Siatong brings with her years of dedicated service and experience, ready to continue the momentum of local development and governance in Baras.
This installation follows the reassignment of LGOO VI Mary Gracelou A. Velarde, who now takes on a new challenge as she reports for duty in Jovellar, Albay.
DILG Catanduanes expresses its heartfelt gratitude to MLGOO Velarde for her invaluable service, leadership, and commitment during her time in Baras. Her contributions have laid a strong foundation for continued excellence in local governance.
