Barangay Information Management System (BIMS) is a FREE digital platform designed to streamline and enhance the administrative and operational functions of barangays—the smallest administrative units in the Philippines. Traditionally, barangay records and transactions have been managed manually, often resulting in inefficient processes, data inaccuracy, and difficulty in accessing or updating information. BIMS addresses these challenges by providing a centralized, secure, and user-friendly system for managing critical data such as resident profiles, household records, permits, certificates, and community programs.
