GFH recognizes LGUs by assessing their financial housekeeping through the following criteria:

(a) Compliance with the COA accounting and auditing standards and most recent COA Audit Opinion must be Unqualified or Qualified, based on the annual audit report posted on the COA website; and

(b) Compliance with the Full Disclosure Policy Portal (FDPP), observing the timelines and complete posting of required financial documents both in the portal and three (3) conspicuous places in the LGUs.

Therefore, the abovementioned LGUs successfully met the GFH Criteria, demonstrating their commitment to financial transparency, accountability and instituted public reporting of their budget and expenditures that ensured efficient and effective use of public funds.
