The Tricycle Boundary Hulog Project or TBHP which is being implemented by the City Government of Ligao since 2012, was accorded recognition by the DILG Regional Office V in a fitting ceremony held last Sunday, October 23, 2022 at the Ayala Malls Legazpi in celebration of the Local Government Month.

The event “Larawan: Documentation of LGU Local Governance Models on LGU Service Delivery” highlighted the Best Practices of the Provincial Government of Sorsogon, Municipality of Barcelona and the City of Ligao. The Audio Visual Presentation prepared by the Ligao City Local Governance Resource Center (LGRC) entitled “LUNAD: Tabang sa Pag-Uswag, Tricycle Operators kan Prayoridad” gave flesh and meaning to the TBHP as a single program that addressed multiple issues on environment, livelihood and public transportation.

CCDO Ruth Roperes introduced the best practice thru a brief presentation while Hon. Amado V. Manlangit, SP Committee Chair on Transportation, representing Ligao City Mayor Fernando V. Gonzalez, joined her in receiving the certificate of appreciation and plaque of recognition.
