Said activity is aimed to provide a platform that acknowledges the contributions of DILG Albay women employees as a significant workforce.

Facilitated by the DILG Provincial Office of Albay, this two-day activity aims to enhance the capacities of barangays, particularly improving the competencies of barangay officials, staff, and key stakeholders for them to perform their tasks effectively, improve the quality of service, and uphold good governance in the barangay.
