The atmosphere buzzed with excitement as introductions were made and aspirations shared. To kick off their journey, they organized an on-the-spot team-building where some even showcased their talent in singing, adding a touch of joy to the day, fostering connections among mentors and trainees alike. Meanwhile, in her inspirational speech, Program Manager – LGOO VI Coniefer B. Codia encouraged the OJTs to embrace challenges with resilience and determination.

Meanwhile, the OJTs were given the opportunity to observe the conduct of the Barangay Newly Elected Officials (BNEO) Orientation Course, for them to gain an understanding of the primary mandate of the DILG whilst the intricacies of local governance. Further, they will also be deployed in the respective City/Municipal Operations Office for a holistic and meaningful experience at the local level.
