The Online CapDev Market System (OCDMS) is a one stop website showcasing the DEMAND and SUPPLY side of the capacity development. The OCDMS was created to address the LGUs’ capdev needs with the current program offerings of service providers. The OCDMS has the following features:

It is only the webiste that stores LGU’s Capacity Development Agenda (CapDev Agenda), which contains their capacity building requirements, and provides a venue for service providers to advertise their programs and services directed at LGUs.

LGUs interested in capacity building services only need to upload their CapDev Agenda. The system scans their submission and uses keywords to instantly match them with the appropriate service provider.
