These LGUs have excelled in various fields of governance — from Exemplary Performance in Project Implementation, Best Recovery Initiatives Towards Sustained Local Economy, and High Performing Provinces in Disaster Preparedness, to Highly Functional LCAT-VAWCs, High Performing LCPCs, and CFLGA Regional Awardees.

Their dedication to responsive leadership, inclusive development, and child- and gender-sensitive governance continues to raise the bar for good local governance in the Bicol Region.
