A three-member validation team, headed by ARD Darrell I. Dizon, CESO V of Region IV-A, is currently here in Bicol Region to assess the level of capacity, KM initiatives, and performance of Bicol LGRRC and its sub-LGRRCs in the 6 provinces covering the period of October 2023-September 2024.

Joining for the assessment are ARD Jhoaden G. Lucero, LGRRC Manager, the Bicol LGRRC Core Team, and the teams from the sub-LGRRCs of DILG Provincial Offices.
