DILG Region 5, through its Bicol LGRRC, held its first awarding ceremony in recognition of the MSAC members and its regular partners for their significant contributions to shared programs involving national government agencies, non-governmental organizations, civil society organizations, Local Resource Institutes, associations, leagues, and other stakeholders.

The event, themed “Pagpupugay sa Kaagapay ng DILG 5″, celebrated the collective commitment to excellence in local governance, highlighting the successful implementation of the Barangay Newly Elected Officials (BNEO) Program and other flagship initiatives of the DILG.
