DILG R5 conducted its LGRRC Meeting cum Planning Workshop for the 2^nd Quarter of CY 2022 on May 5, 2022 at the DILG Regional Office V Training Hall, Rizal St., Legazpi City.

The activity was also an opportunity for the new LGRRC Manager, ARD Jhoaden G. Lucero, CESO V, to be acquainted with the Bicol LGRRC Operations. LGOO VI Mae G. Clemente presented the 2021 LGRRC Assessment Result while LGOO V Sheena P. De la Cruz discussed the KM Audit Result. The first quarter accomplishments of Bicol LGRRC and sub-LGRRCs were also presented as well as the upcoming activities.

The afternoon session, facilitated by LGRRC Coordinator and LGCDD Chief Ma. Ruthel P. Gigantoca, was allotted for the review and updating of the Business Plan and Strategic Plan. LGOO V Leonard Champ E. Navarro, II also presented the latest developments on the Innovations and Management Banking and Knowledge Sharing System.

RD Antony C. Nuyda, CESO III extended his appreciation for the efforts in strengthening the Bicol LGRRC, which ranked 6^th place during the 2021 LGRRC Assessment conducted by the Local Government Academy. He also reminded the sub-LGRRCs to prepare their proposals for LGA for their consideration. ARD Lucero also congratulated the Bicol LGRRC for its accomplishments and innovations for the past year. She also provided inputs and guidance on the ways forward of Bicol LGRRC.
