The Bicol Local Governance Regional Resource Center – Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Council (LGRRC-MSAC) convened the First Semester MSAC meeting on March 21, 2023, at the Regional Office V Training Hall.

DILG 5 Assistant Regional Director Jhoaden G. Lucero, EnP, MM, CESO V, presided over the meeting and discussed: Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG), Comprehensive Development Plan Assessment, Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pamilyang Pilipino, Konsulta Program, and Updates on Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index.

ARD Lucero also called for the strengthened engagement of the council members and exert maximum efforts to increase the Region’s performance in Local Government Awards and assessments. In response, representatives from attending agencies recommended programs to enhance the system’s operation.

Bicol LGRRC – MSAC is devoted to cultivating sharing knowledge facilities as a convergence venue to equip local governments with the quality capacity interventions required for the latter to achieve progressive, resilient, and inclusive communities for their people.
