DILG 5 Local Governance Regional Resource Center (LGRRC) and DILG National Capital Region Center for Advancement of Local Governance (NCR-CALG) represented by Regional Director Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober Jr., CESO V and Regional Director Maria Lourdes L. Agustin, CESO III, respectively, sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Manila Hotel on 22 November 2022.

Bicol LGRRC and DILG NCR LGRRC agree to collaborate together to strengthen and share internal and external knowledge for local governance capacity building and performance excellence.

The ceremonial MOU signing was witnessed by the Secretary of the Interior and Local Government Atty. Benjamin C. Abalos Jr.; Undersecretary for Local Government Marlo L. Iringan, CESO III; DILG 5 Assistant Regional Director and Bicol LGRRC Manager Jhoaden G. Lucero, CESO V; and DILG NCR Assistant Regional Director Atty. Ana Lyn R. Baltazar-Cortez, CESO V.
