Bicol Local Government Regional Resource Center (LGRRC) Core Team convenes for the First Quarter Meeting, at the DILG Regional Office Library on January 17, 2023.

In her message of guidance, Assistant Regional Director and Bicol LGRRC Manager Jhoaden G. Lucero, CESO V invited the core team to look at and revisit the different components of the LGRRC to innovate present programs and initiate interplay and improved collaboration among its facilities.

Further, ARD Lucero challenged the core team to venture into making Bicol LGRCC more accessible and user-friendly even to non-DILG viewers.

Bicol LGRRC commits to continually promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing to support the Department in its role as knowledge broker facilitators of capacity development interventions to local government units.
