The Bicol LGRRC, through the leadership of Regional Director-Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober, Jr., CESO V, convenes its members on September 11, 2024 for the Third Quarter LGRRC Meeting at Training Hall, DILG Regional Office V. ARD Jhoaden Lucero, EnP, MM, CESO IV, as the LGRRC Manager, presided over the meeting.

Key topics discussed included CapDev Ace and Most Significant Change, LGRRC Assessment, LGRRC Brochure, BNEO Localized Modules, LG Month activities, and Bicol BIDA Calendar. Other matters arising from the meeting were also acknowledged and addressed.
