To promote a culture of learning and strengthen partnerships among stakeholders in local governance, ARD Lucero shared the services of the Bicol Local Governance Regional Resource Center (LGRRC) during the Civil Service Commission Regional Office V’s seminar-workshop on “Empowering Local Governments: Developing Effective Organizational Structures and Staffing Patterns (OSSP)” on May 29, 2024, at Kanzo Hall, Legazpi City, Albay.

ARD Lucero discussed various Bicol LGRRC services, including the Knowledge Exchange Program, Knowledge Products, Innovations and Management Banking & Knowledge-Sharing (IMBAK) System, procedures for requesting Technical Assistance/Resource Persons, requests for Balangibog, requests for FB Posting/Announcements, and Library Services. The Library Services cover areas such as Administrative Governance, Social Governance, Economic Governance, Environmental Governance, and the Fundamentals of Good Governance.

The event was attended by participants from the Catanduanes province, including LGU Department Heads, Administrators, members of the Sangguniang Bayan/Panlunsod, members of the Local Finance Committee, and HRM Officers.
