This week-long program is specifically designed to equip these prospective apprentices with essential knowledge and familiarize them with the Department’s core values, mission, and operations. Serving as a comprehensive introduction, the orientation will cover the Department’s structure, policies, and key programs, providing apprentices with a clear understanding of their roles, responsibilities, and the expectations for their professional conduct.

By the end of the program, participants will be well-prepared to integrate seamlessly into the DILG work environment and contribute effectively to its initiatives, thus ensuring a smooth transition into the upcoming apprenticeship program.
