On 18 November 2022, the DILG Masbate, through its sub-LGRRC, conducted the Capacity Development Analysis of the Local Government Units of Masbate – Presentation of Results of DEBESMSCAT Project Monitoring Team at B@MS Resto Bar and Catering Services, Masbate City.

The PMT, headed by Dr. Roslyn Tambago, presented the analytics tool developed by the Team and its results using a whole-of-province approach. The results of the analysis determined the common and unique capacity needs of the LGUs of Masbate, per classification of their capacity-performance based on the LGU Segmentation, during the full devolution transition period.

The result of the analysis presented to the DILG Regional and Provincial Offices shall also be communicated to the LGUs as an input for updating a more responsive and harmonized Capacity Development Agenda.

Present during the presentation are PD Ben Paul M. Naz, CH Joel Logenio and PFPs from Masbate Provincial Office and ARD Jhoaden G. Lucero, CESO V., DC MA. Ruthel P. Gigantoca, Assistant DC Mae Clemente, SC Sheena Mae Del Cruz and RFPs from the Regional Office.
