The activity served as a platform for the Third-Party Monitors to present their findings, share challenges encountered during the assessment, and provide recommendations to further enhance the implementation of SBDP and FALGU projects.

Third-Party Monitoring (TPM), conducted by an accredited non-government entity, plays a vital role in providing an independent and objective perspective on project performance. It augments the Department’s existing monitoring mechanisms and promotes transparency and accountability in project implementation.

Gracing the activity were Regional Director Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober Jr., CESO III, PDMU Chief Julius Rodel L. Cal-Ortiz, CESO V, Provincial Director Ray B. Caceres, CESO V of Camarines Sur, Provincial Focal Persons, TPM members, and Regional Technical Working Group (RTWG) members.

This partnership underscores the shared commitment toward the efficient implementation of SBDP and FALGU projects through empowering Local Government Units (LGUs) and improving service delivery to address issues of marginalization and promote inclusive development.

As RD Escober emphasized in his opening remarks, the Department remains steadfast in championing good governance across local governments to bring meaningful projects that uplift the lives of the people.
