The DILG Regional Office V conducted the Regional Orientation on the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Tool and Compliance Indicators cum Regional Orientation and Workshop on SGLG Profiling on December 16, 2025, at Proxy Hotel, Legazpi City.

This capacity-building activity brings together DILG 5 Provincial Directors, Cluster Heads, Provincial Focal Persons, and City/Municipal Local Government Operations Officers in the Region. This aims to deepen their understanding of the EODB assessment tools, compliance indicators, and the CY 2025 SGLG profiling system. It is designed to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to support their respective local government units effectively.

The ongoing sessions serve as a platform to strengthen technical competence and harmonize approaches in assisting LGUs in the Bicol Region toward compliance with national governance standards.
