Composed of eleven (11) LGUs from Balatan, Cabusao, Lagonoy, Libmanan, Ocampo, Pamplona, Siruma, Tigaon (Camarines Sur), Daet (Camarines Norte), San Miguel (Catanduanes), and Mandaon (Masbate), participants will undergo a four-day training designed to enhance government service delivery through digital transformation.
