Provincial Director Arnel Renato L. Madrideo of DILG Camarines Sur convened all the personnel of DILG Camarines Sur on January 6, 2016 at St. Jude Parish Church Function Hall, Concepcion Grande, Naga City to discuss important concerns of the department.  The activity was conducted to ensure that field operations offices are on the right track in terms of program and project implementation for Calendar Year 2016.

            The activity commenced with a mass officiated by Msgr. ZosimoSaňado.  DILG CS personnel heard important insights about work in the homily of Msgr.Saňado. The mass was followed by the program prepared by DILG Provincial Office.

            In his message, PD Madrideosaid that “we have to focus more on results and not just on processes.  We have to fully cooperate in order to improve the performance of DILG Region V”.  PD Madrideo also advised DILG Cam Sur personnel to have a good relationship with local government units and to work as a team.He also mentioned about strategies which can be done to properly implement the interventions of the office as well as ensure completion of flagship programs and projects.

            During the activity, LGOO II NeladelaCalzada, Planning Officer of DILG-Camarines Sur, discussed CY 2015 Accomplishments of the province to guide field personnel in embarking on new targets for the year,.  LGOO V LinoRupertoBoncodin, Jr. also presented the status of Full Disclosure Policy Compliance of Local Government Units in Camarines Sur.  Further, LGOO VI Sonia L. Jaucian reminded personnel about administrative matters.

            The activity was initiated by the DILG Provincial Office to respond to the call of Regional Director Elouisa T. Pastor for DILG personnel to contribute in making DILG Region V attain a better performance for CY 2016 and surpass what has been accomplished in the previous years. (LGOO V Kathlyn B. Lopez)
