Participants from selected barangays of Naga City, Libmanan, Sipocot and Tigaon, which were pre-identified by the National Security Sector and the DILG, were invited to attend the “Training on the Enhanced Module on the Prevention of Violent Extremism and Criminality.” The activity was conducted at Crown Hotel, Naga City on December 18-19, 2018 in support to the Department’s project along its advocacy on the prevention of violent extremism and criminality.

The activity aimed to build the capacity of the barangay officials and other key members of the community to prevent violent extremism and criminality.
