Representatives from Caceres Clergy Quadrant III of the Archdiocese of Caceres paid visit to PD Julius Rodel L. Cal-Ortiz, CESE this morning for a dialogue to collaborate in a capacity development activity.

On behalf of Caceres Clergy Quadrant III, Fr. Francis Tordilla, Rector of Holy Rosary Minor Seminary and Fr. Emmanuel Mojica, Parish Priest of St. Anthony de Padua, Camaligan, Camarines Sur, expressed their intent to partner with DILG Camarines Sur in imparting technical knowledge on planning, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks and tools to the clergy thru a one-day series of lectures and workshops set this February 2023. They mentioned that this undertaking can greatly assist them in parish management especially in the implementation of their programs, projects, and activities.

PD Cal-Ortiz acknowledged their request and committed to send a training team that shall assist in the said activity. He also shared about including a lecture on the avenues for people’s participation to strengthen their engagement in local development.
