On the 1st and 2nd day of February 2021, Roll Out on the Management of the Dead and Missing (MDM) was conducted at Calaguas Hotel, Daet, Camarines Norte. It was participated by the MDM Team of the Municipalities of Capalonga, Labo, San Vicente, Talisay, and Vinzons and the Provincial Government of Camarines Norte and by some of the DILG Camarines Norte personnel.
This initiative of the Department strengthened the technical skills of the team in portraying their roles in managing the dead and missing during disasters. Further, the activity gave a refresher course on the policies and guidelines pertaining to MDM.
After the two day activity, participants abled to refreshed their learnings on the structure/composition of the MDM in their respective LGUs. The Roles and responsibilities of each member on the team. And enhanced their knowledge in the policies, processes and protocols on managing the dead and the missing during disasters.
