The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Camarines Norte, headed by Provincial Director Ray B. Caceres, spearheaded the conduct of a Fellowship Activity dubbed as “Interfacing with DILG Family and RCSP Teams”. The activity aims to further strengthen the collaborative efforts of the DILG Family and other government instrumentalities especially in the implementation of the Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) as a mechanism of the Department to implement the Executive Order No. 70 (“Whole-of-Nation” Approach).
